First Post on Easy Las Vegas Vacations blog

Just in case you find this page before I’m ready for you, here’s an intro to my new (and first) blog…..  I’m in the process of writing a bunch of posts and pages related to Las Vegas Travel and I will have them online soon.  I do a lot of research on this topic for my own Las Vegas trips, so one of the goals of this blog is to document my findings and make it easier for you (and me) to navigate the insanity we call “Las Vegas Travel Planning”.  Do travel packages make sense?  Is it better to buy your airline and hotel separately?  What about tickets to Las Vegas shows?  These answers don’t come easy when you look at the typical Las Vegas Travel websites.  Very confusing is all I can say.   I’ve been through it many times myself, and I don’t want to do it again.  That’s one of the reasons I’m starting this blog…to get it all figured out and written down in one place.  Then, with your help, I’ll keep it updated and make it a little better every day.

One really cool thing I will be adding shortly is a great new map of the Las Vegas strip.  The new interactive map will have lots of useful information and will be very helpful when planning your trip.

Please come back soon, I will have something up on the site shortly.

Don’t let the sleazy Las Vegas Travel sites get you down.  Let’s figure this out together and do it right.

When are you going to add some new posts? I need help with my upcoming trip to Las Vegas. Your site has ALL the best info on Las Vegas vacations and travel. Thanks a million!!!!!

(ha ha ha – this is obviously a fake comment by me to get things started. sorry, couldn’t help it ~ Elvis)

  • Hey Elvis! I love how you’ve tweaked the Atahualpa Theme. I always think the white on black looks so sleek, and it’s so fitting for Vegas and the whole nightlife idea!

Neat idea to round up some videos of Vegas highlights, like the water fountain show, too. Easier to enjoy them when they are all compiled together like this.

I look forward to reading more of your Vegas info!

Thanks letalouise. This (Atahualpa) is the first blog and theme I have ever used, so it’s been a real challenge. You might have noticed that I don’t have all my styles coordinated yet (coming soon?).

I think the black background fits Vegas pretty well too, but more tweaking is needed.

    Thanks again for the comment.
