Are you talking about the moving statue fountain at the entrance to Caesar&#039;s Palace from the Forum Shops?  This is a good one, and there are always lots of people standing around waiting for it to start.  The Forum shops offer a nice walk to Caesar&#039;s, but the whole escalator situation is kind of a hassle.

Thanks again for the comment.  Let me know if you have any other favorite fountains.
